With another year nearly behind us, it’s a good time to look back on what we’ve accomplished. The CoBright team completed a lot of impactful and challenging projects in 2024, and we all picked our favourite one! To catch up on the highlights, read our final blog for the year.

Welcoming New Faces
This year, we were fortunate to add two wonderful new faces to our team: Nate and Tayla. Their energy, expertise, and fresh perspectives have been a valuable asset as we continue to expand our services and impact. With a focus on marketing and web content, their favourite projects this year were with two of our newer clients.
Tayla’s first marketing client was a granular herbicide manufacturer, Granular Products, who have made a lasting impression.
“They’ve been a pleasure to work with—valuing our expertise, listening to advice, and embracing new ideas. They take action on our suggestions, which makes collaborating with them so rewarding.”

Paired with leading seeding equipment manufacturer Bourgault Australia, Nate’s first client for CoBright was a match for success.

Filling Up Our Calendar
2024 saw CoBright hitting the road, connecting with clients, partners, and industry leaders at some amazing events:

These events not only strengthened our connections but showcased the growing footprint and impact of our work across the agricultural sector. CoBright is committed to becoming the leading provider of marketing services for this industry, and in 2024 we’ve made significant progress in building our network and our portfolio in the ag space.
We’re fortunate to work with many wonderful clients, and for Caitlin, Bourgault Australia stood out for their trust and clear vision.

One of Brendan’s top projects this year was our work with Granular Products, helping the business to transition from spreadsheets to modern CRM technology.

Each partnership has grown as we continue to deliver tailored, results-driven marketing strategies for clients who trust us to help their businesses shine.
Sinead’s selection was our full rebranding and website project for a well established Toowoomba accountancy firm, Commercial Accounting Co.
“There were so many moving parts—logo redesign, website, content, and photography—but the client was seamless to work with. They were thrilled with the results, and it was a joy helping bring their new business to life.”
From a design perspective, Paige picked the work she completed for internationally renowned maritime training and safety consultants Ferriby Group, experimenting with creativity and functionality to build their new site.
“It was such a fun website to design, with lots of moving parts. I enjoyed experimenting with new features, layouts, and elements to bring it to life.”

Taking Home A Trophy
One of our most memorable occasions was taking home the Professional Service (11+ Employees) award at the Business Excellence Awards (BEAs) in October. This accolade is now proudly on display in our office, and is a testament to the dedication and hard work our team delivers on every project.
This prize is made possible by the success we achieve for our clients, and Joel’s favourite project was for a long time client, clothing distributor Vivid Workwear, who have continued to see measurable growth with our digital marketing campaigns.
“Watching their ROAS% (Return on Ad Spend) and Conversion Value continue to improve has been so satisfying. Seeing the numbers climb tells the full story of success.”
Sean enjoyed a busy year overseeing the marketing portfolio for animal nutrition innovators Austasia Animal Products, with a focus on their product launch of Beef Culture Plus at BeefEx’24.
“We created a new website that highlights their expertise and supported the launch of their latest probiotic at one of Australia’s biggest beef conferences. Seeing it all come together was fantastic.”

35 Websites Launched
2024 was a huge year for our web development team, with 35 new websites launched—that’s almost three websites every month! Each project combined a strategy, design, and tailored solutions to help our clients stand out online and achieve their goals.
Gareth’s choice of the year was the website rebuild for the hardware and rural supplies Raff Group, which combined complexity and creativity to showcase their collection of Darling Downs based storefronts.
“It was a fun challenge to showcase, consolidate, and simplify a wide range of brands, locations, and services into a cohesive and user-friendly website.”
And last but not least, our NZ-based web developer Nathan loved the challenge of designing a user-friendly interface for Upscale Carbon, an agricultural specialist in the carbon development space supporting Australian farmers and landholders.
