As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year of innovation, adaptability and progress. From shifting markets and evolving customer expectations to new opportunities in branding and digital storytelling, this year has challenged many agricultural businesses (including us) to think differently! 2025 has proved that taking chances and backing yourself can deliver really valuable results.

Exciting Team Updates
Anna joined us in August as our new Digital Content and Copywriting Specialist, bringing her valuable communications skills and first-hand knowledge of the beef and agricultural industry. One of her favourite projects so far has been working with Austasia Animal Products to develop their storytelling pieces and client case studies. pieces.
“The whole team at Austasia are incredibly respectful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I enjoy working alongside people who are genuinely passionate about the animal health space and helping their clients succeed.”

Joel transitioned into a Business Development role and has done a great job at industry events - shaking hands, handing out business cards and getting to know some great ag businesses. His proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm has already opened up new opportunities for us in the ag community.
“Since stepping into this role, I’ve really enjoyed attending events such as AgQuip, where I can meet new and prospective clients face to face and gain a deeper understanding of their businesses.”

Spotlight on the World Angus Expo
In May, Brendan attended the World Angus Expo in Tamworth—a world-class event for the cattle industry. Angus Australia celebrated the future of cattle breeding by bringing together innovative technologies, leading industry experts and professionals from every stage of the supply chain. Brendan also had the opportunity to catch up with two of our clients, Booroomooka Angus and 3R Beef, who were both exhibiting at the expo. This event was an invaluable opportunity to connect with cattle producers and stay at the forefront of future trends shaping the Australian beef sector.

Digital Expansion With First Party Data
With the continual evolution of digital marketing, we’ve been helping our clients leverage the power of first party data in their campaigns. This data provides a highly accurate way to reach “real” agricultural customers, who are most likely to make a sale. By targeting farms directly, we can deliver ads to the right audience at the right time - without having to rely on generic audiences from Google and Meta. It is a very efficient way to create more tailored and measurable campaigns that drive real results. Our early-adopter clients have seen excellent results this year and we’re excited to expand upon this strategy with more agricultural businesses in 2026.

The Big Win - Business Excellence Awards!
In November, we were honoured to receive the Agriculture Award, sponsored by Mort & Co, at the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards. This award truly reflects our team’s dedication to agricultural marketing and reinforced the authenticity, innovation and success of our clients across the industry. We were also thrilled to be nominated in the Professional Services category - congratulations to JDM Software for taking home that award. Our team had a fantastic night celebrating alongside so many inspiring and innovative local Toowoomba businesses.

Investing In Our Community
CoBright was excited to sponsor two new local organisations this year - the Range Tennis Club and the Wilsonton Heights Neighbourhood Centre. We were also proud to support the Headstone Healing Committee with their fundraising goals, after 140 headstones were vandalised at the Toowoomba Cemetery. We developed a premium, donation-ready website (free of charge) to give the group a professional platform to confidently launch their fundraising campaign. At CoBright, we are passionate about giving back to our community and supporting local organisations that make a meaningful difference.
