All of ECT4Health’s seminar and CPD holiday bookings were manually taken over the phone. As a team of only two, this manual process was taking a lot of ECT4Health’s time and lowering productivity.
ECT4Health wanted a new site that simplified the entire course management process, for both them and their customers. It was important to clearly showcase and segment the available courses and also manage payments online.
ECT4Health knew to achieve this, they needed more than a standard, off-the-shelf website template.

After an in-depth discovery process, CoBright found that a CS-Cart eCommerce website would provide the functionality that ECT4Health needed.
ECT4Health’s courses are loaded as ‘products’ to enable a high level of filtering and easily manage online payments—benefiting both users and ECT4Health.
