Graintec needed a new website that supported e-commerce and better showcased its product range.
The Challenge
Built on WordPress, Graintec’s existing website did not properly support e-commerce. Due to this, products were not catalogued clearly, making for a non-ideal user experience.
The site also didn’t clearly demonstrate Graintec’s products and service offerings.
The Solution
Working collaboratively with Graintec, CoBright developed a custom-designed Shopify website.
The site utilises Shopify Payments to manage transaction payments and shipping. It also integrates the Cin7Core (formerly DEAR) inventory management system.
Leveraging Shopify as SaaS solution, Graintec is not burdened by software updates and configuration. The low-maintenance site is easy to update and enables 24/7 transactions.
Our team also integrated tawk.to live chat to support Graintec’s customer service and experience.
CoBright curated the site content to easily showcase Graintec’s solutions, including content on every product page for better SEO.
The Outcome
Graintec now has an elevated website that supports its e-commerce service and streamlines the sales process—enabling a better user experience for both customers and staff.
Graintec continues to update the site to ensure it grows with them, reflecting its brand and products.
