ECT4Health wanted to improve their website’s e-commerce capability, digitalise their product offerings and scale their business.

The Challenge
ECT4Health’s existing website had limited capability to scale the business. It served as a simple information hub to introduce ECT4Health and list the upcoming workshops and seminars. The website also lacked the digital and e-commerce infrastructure for future growth. With no online checkout, all payments were being processed manually, which created a restrictive and time-consuming bottleneck for the ECT4Health team.
With all the courses being delivered in-person, there was a reduced ability to enhance their revenue without significantly adding to their workload and risking burnout. From a marketing and business growth perspective, ECT4Health needed a way to expand their course delivery and product offerings without relying on in-person events. We needed to modernise their delivery model and unlock new opportunities for sustainable and long-term growth.

The Solution
CoBright migrated ECT4Health’s website to Shopify to enable more robust digital e-commerce capabilities and automated online bookings and sales. We also repackaged their existing webinars into digital educational videos that could be sold online. This created a new revenue stream for ECT4Health and gave nursing students a more flexible and accessible way to earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points. By syncing the new website with Xero and automating key business processes such as invoices and bookings, we created a scalable business model for future success.
