The Challenge

The challenge of this project was to effectively communicate Home Carer’s Alliance services across a series of mini websites that would emulate their main site. Each mini site needed to highlight the supported living solutions available in a specific region, enabling potential clients to explore their local options.

Operating in a market with many competing NDIS providers, HCA needed to find a tactical advantage to help stand out. CoBright focused on leveraging powerful domain names and optimising SEO for the best chances in search rankings. We also needed to develop localised content to further boost each site’s performance.

Fitting into the existing brand, each site needed to be user-friendly, helping prospective clients and families navigate the pages and services listed. This required the additional support of a seamless inquiry system, which helped to streamline communication and ensure accessibility for those seeking support.

The Solution

CoBright’s content, design, and web development specialists worked to create SEO-optimised mini websites for Home Carer’s Alliance.

The key part of this project was to use a powerful domain name to help our client rank their website as high as possible in search results. As the supported living market is crowded with many providers, HCA needed a domain matching the most commonly used search terms.

Selecting the domains ndisprovidertoowoomba.com.au and ndisprovideripswich.com.au enabled HCA to capture location-based searches and enhance the organisation’s visibility to potential clients.

By updating content alongside the overarching domain, each mini site maintained HCA’s brand while standing out amongst a saturated industry, targeting customers in specific regions across the state.

To bring each site to life, we implemented updated videography and photography, creating a more engaging and visually compelling user experience.

The Outcome

CoBright’s build for Home Carer’s Alliance delivered a professional, localised online presence catering to their broad catchment of clients. The series of mini websites have enhanced brand visibility while making it easier for people to locate the services and accommodation options in their area.

The key features of this project:

  • SEO-Optimised Domains: Region-specific domains designed to improve local search rankings and capture targeted traffic.

  • Modular Design: A flexible site structure that allows for easy replication and customisation, making this design growth-orientated.

  • Engaging Visuals: Incorporation of professional videography and photography to showcase the brand offering and enhance user experience.

  • SEO-Friendly Features: Optimised meta descriptions, headers, and keywords to boost each site's search engine performance.

These mini sites not only improve Google rankings but also provide a professional, polished online presence that reflects the organisation’s commitment to helping Australians access tailored living solutions.
