Wilson Auto Claim Assist
Where
South East Queensland, Australia
What
Wilson Auto Claim Assist offers accident management services to drivers (both at fault and not at fault) across the South East Corner, bringing decades of experience to their work and supporting drivers through insurance claims from start to finish.
Specifications
The Claim Assist team saw a gap in their business model that could be bridged by a polished, easy-to-use website. The simpler it is for customers to contact Claim Assist, the more business they generate—so CoBright built a clever, clearly organised site to drive more enquiries.

The Challenge
Wilson Auto Claim Assist has developed a unique service model that simplifies the post-accident process for not-at-fault drivers. Instead of contacting their insurer and potentially increasing their premiums, drivers can have their vehicle towed, fixed, and access a rental car while Claim Assist handles the rest.
Wilson Auto Claim Assist tackles the claim itself, liaising directly with the at-fault driver’s insurance provider. This model is relatively unfamiliar to most insurance customers, who, out of habit, go straight to contacting their insurer when an accident has occurred.
CoBright was challenged with creating a website that acted as an educational point for users, as well as capturing new leads in a timely manner. The crucial point of connecting with a customer immediately after an accident exists in a narrow window, but our team put their heads together to come up with a functional solution.

The Solution
CoBright designed a customer-focused website that functions much like a landing page. Its content is simple, precise, and directs users to enquire from the moment they arrive. The specific goal of this design is to convert uncertain users into confident claimants.
Key aspects of our solution included:
- Strategic Domain Selection: Through keyword research, we learnt that terms like "car accident claim" and "car claim assist" were among the highest volume searches. The domain name – caraccidentclaimassist – was a strategic choice, reflecting these terms and helping the site to appear for users who are most likely seeking immediate help
- Designed to Convert: Knowing that the target users (drivers who’ve just been in an accident) are likely stressed and time-poor, we structured the website like a digital ad or landing page. This means a streamlined layout and multiple clear calls to action. Every element of the design prompts users toward applying for claim assistance.
- Clearly Worded Content: As this service model is not widely recognised, we kept things simple. The content explains the process in plain language and is bolstered by a dedicated “How It Works” section. This reassures users and builds trust by walking them through the steps of service.
- Optimised for Efficiency: To reduce the chances of losing customers through a slow site, we ensured the website was technically optimised for SEO and load times. A clean, modern design paired with light, direct content assists in making this website easy for people to find, operate, and access support.

The Outcome
Claim Assist now has a website that works two fold – educating and converting users into engaged customers.
Our domain name selection and carefully curated copy mean that the website ranks highly for searches made by the business’s target demographic.
The focused layout, persuasive content, and repeated “Apply Now” calls to action enable users to submit claims directly through the site, which cuts costs for the business and saves time for their customers.
By demystifying the process of their service, which is essentially a fast, no-cost alternative to traditional insurance claims, Claim Assist empowers not-at-fault drivers to take control of their accident recovery.
This project provides a clear example of how strategically built landing pages can simplify complex services and drive real results.
This CoBright site positions Wilson Auto Claim Assist as a comprehensive, user-friendly solution to the confusing and stressful experience of car accidents.
