The Challenge
Looking to upgrade from their basic website that featured vague references to their services and dated content, Charles Legal Group wanted a website that spoke to people from the bush; without the corporate jargon of big city law firms.
As the only law firm west of Roma, with offices in Toowoomba, Charleville, and Emerald and servicing Quilpie and Cunnamulla, Charles Legal Group reached out to CoBright to build a new website to not only reflect the growing team and services but to showcase their rurally based lawyers who deal with real people.
The Solution
Through an initial consultation, CoBright established that Charles Legal Group needed to emphasise their experienced solicitors and legal practitioners, variety of services and serviced locations. We created a website design and development concept that was professional and concise whilst still reflective of rural Queensland.
As active members of the communities in which Charles Legal Group operates, it became clear that showcasing a corporate video demonstrating the history, experience and reach of the firm would better tell their brand story.
The Outcome
Our content specialists and designers worked collaboratively to establish the tone of voice that was important to Charles Legal Group’s team; simple, easy to understand and personal.
We drew on elements of the Queensland bush, incorporating Mulga trees and earthy tones throughout the site, and we incorporated a personal feel with professional photography and videography that put real faces and names to the Charles Legal Group.
By incorporating a professional brand video with an interview with Charles Legal Group’s Managing Partner, brought the website to life and showcased the reach and capabilities of the firm in a friendly and sincere way.
